About Me
My name is Kev’n Elijah a.k.a. Coach Ace. I was Born and raised here on the west coast, but spent a few years in Houston Texas pursuing my childhood passion; playing football. After a few years I decided transferring back to California to continue my collegiate career in football and track. I graduated from Glendale College where I was an all-conference player and duo sport athlete. The transition after college to fitness was a no brainer. Little did I understand when I first got involved how impactful I can be on an individual’s life from day to day. Being able to reach out and touch a person’s life with actions, words and genuine advice is a blessing within itself . Fitness gave me that opportunity to be able to give back and do so with love; and understanding. For that I am forever gratef

A personal trainer helps their clients achieve certain fitness goals, including but not limited to weight loss, strength training, toning, or overall health management. Each client’s fitness level can be extremely different, so a trainer may be introducing one client to basic exercises, helping a second one with a weight loss program, and assisting a third in advanced training goals.
